Casco Facades
Casco facades can be supplied in thicknesses: 100, 120, 150, 200, and 250 mm. The maximum height is 3,800 mm, and the length depends on the maximum weight of 17,000 kg per wall and up to a maximum length of 8,000 mm. The walls are standardly executed in concrete quality C35/45. Optionally, also in quality LC20/22 (lightweight concrete).

When we talk about casco facades, we refer to wind- and waterproof walls where the load-bearing structure and exterior finishing are complete, but the rest still needs to be done. The word "casco," derived from the Spanish word for ship hull, is essentially another term for rough construction.

Casco walls are suitable for various applications, such as load-bearing/partition walls for houses and apartments. They can also be used as prefabricated partition walls.

Respyre offers you a wide range of casco walls. These can be delivered in thicknesses of 100, 120, 150, 200, and 250 mm. The maximum height of a shell wall is 3,800 mm, and the maximum length - depending on the maximum weight of 17,000 kg per wall - is 8,000 mm. The walls are standardly executed in concrete quality C35/45. Optionally, we can also supply casco walls in quality LC20/22 (lightweight concrete). Naturally, the concrete elements, each produced according to the applicable standards, can be delivered including the necessary cutouts.
In addition to casco walls, we also supply stackable and non-stackable sandwich panels, solid panels, and hollow facades.
