Job Description
As a Social Media Marketer at Respyre, you'll play a crucial role in shaping and expanding our online presence across various social media platforms. Your primary responsibilities will include creating compelling content, developing visually appealing images and videos, and conducting thorough market research and audience analysis to enhance Respyre's reach within the construction industry.
Key Responsibilities
• Create and curate compelling content for Respyre's social media channels, including but not limited to posts, photos, videos, reels, and stories.
• Stay informed about trends and developments in the industry, conducting regular market research and audience analysis to identify opportunities for growth and engagement.
• Monitor and analyze the performance of social media content using relevant metrics and tools, adjusting strategies as needed to optimize reach and impact.
• Collaborate closely with teams from various disciplines, including marketing, sales, and product development, to align social media efforts with broader business objectives.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and best practices in social media marketing, integrating innovative strategies to enhance Respyre's online presence
Requirements
• HBO or WO level in Marketing, Communication, or a related field.
• Experience in photography and videography.
• Proficiency in video and photo editing software such as Adobe or Davinci Resolve.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable insights.
• Interest in architecture and/or biology and a desire to drive positive change within cities and the construction sector.
