geveloppervlakte: 260 m\u00b2<\/p><p>Projectbeschrijving:<br>Dit project betreft een sociale huurwoning in Purmerend, ontwikkeld door Intermaris. De oorspronkelijke ambitie van de ontwikkelaar was om het groenste gebouw van Nederland te realiseren. Veel conventionele groene geveloplossingen zijn uiteindelijk echter afgevallen vanwege kosten- en onderhoudsoverwegingen.  <\/p><p>Vanwege het innovatieve karakter en de kosteneffectiviteit is gekozen om de kopgevel van het gebouw te vergroenen met Mosscrete, de bioreceptieve betontechnologie van Respyre die het mogelijk maakt dat mos direct op het gebouwoppervlak groeit. Mosscrete is ontwikkeld om de juiste omstandigheden te cre\u00ebren voor de vestiging van mos op verticale gevels, waardoor gebouwen kunnen worden getransformeerd tot levende, groene structuren zonder de noodzaak van complexe beplantingssystemen.<br> <\/p><p>In tegenstelling tot traditionele planten ontwikkelt mos geen wortels, maar hecht het zich met behulp van rhizo\u00efden (kleine haarachtige structuren) die ervoor zorgen dat het zich aan oppervlakken kan vastzetten zonder de onderliggende constructie te beschadigen of te doorboren.<br>Dit maakt het bijzonder geschikt voor renovatieprojecten, zoals bij deze sociale woningbouw. <\/p><p>Zodra de moslaag zich heeft gevestigd, kan deze grotendeels zelfstandig in stand blijven met minimaal onderhoud.
